**About Our Client**:
My client is an established leader in their industry, offering an excellent workplace culture that fosters flexibility and employee well-being.

With a national reach, the company has shown tremendous growth of recent. They have recently acquired a new business in Australia, and have expanded into a further three large scale projects in the last few months.

The key responsibility of this role is to manage the AP function, however there are a broad range of general responsibilities. These include:

- Full function Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, creating purchase quotes, processing payments, ensuring invoices are paid on time, reconciling accounts, addressing invoicing discrepancies and following up on invoicing issues.
- Assist with project administrator, including creating and maintaining project codes, uploading budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with Account Receivable, including creating invoices, sending invoices to relevant parties, and reconciling accounts.
- General Administration duties including answering phones and processing mail.
- Reconciliation of credit cards sub-ledgers, including monitoring compliance to company policies and ensuring accuracy in coding
- Processes journals to the general ledger and sub-ledgers as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365/Business Central highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with managing projects administration highly regarded.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

**What's on Offer**:
On offer is an initial 6-months Fixed Term contract, including standard company leave entitlements. Due to the growth of the business, there may be an opportunity for this to be extended or made permanent in the future.

The company can offer flexibility on working hours, as well as 2 days work from home after training period.

The salary on offer for the role is in the $70,000-75,000 + Super range.
