**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Respond professionally to all enquiries relating to the receipt or allocation of payments
- Ensure receipts are allocated within key performance indicators to allow for the prompt delivery of assets
- Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements
- Attend to the prompt investigation and resolution of queries received from internal and external customers
- Assist in internal & external auditors to ensure that trust accounts audits are completed and that adherence to all compliance requirements, and Pickles policies and procedures is maintained at all times.
- Teaming with branch staff and management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Financial Shared Services.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in a high-volume financial/customer service position
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Competent Microsoft Office skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
