People & Culture Service Delivery Lead

As the P&C Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of employee lifecycle processes, data integrity, reporting, and operational support across our organisation.

You will:

• Lead and manage core P&C operational services including recruitment admin, onboarding, compliance, and data management.
• Provide expert support in employee relations and investigations.
• Oversee talent acquisition coordination and documentation governance.
• Drive reporting and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Champion process optimisation and documentation updates.
• Lead a small team, providing coaching, support, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, policy standards, and legislative updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

• You posses a tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• You have strong P&C foundations, and proven experience in P&C operations and service delivery
• You have experience working with a crossection of HR systems and have strong analytical and reporting skills
• You are a strong leader and problem solver
• A natural collaborator and communicator, you build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders and inspire your team to deliver with purpose.
