**What this opportunity involves**:
A snapshot of the role;
Ensure effective communication with all team members including the FM team members, JLL leasing and JLL support services.
Assisting the FM team with daily tasks as directed.
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met
Assisting with ensuring vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
Plan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs
Actively work to ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements including the JLL Code of Ethics
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
Ensure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained.

You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.
What we are looking for?
Understanding of Facilities and assets.
Past experience in a facilities related role would be highly valued.
Travel is required including potentially interstate, must hold a current and valid Driver’s License
