**What this job involves**:
Multiple opportunities have arisen for highly motivated, bright, and enthusiastic Assistant Facilities Managers to work for one of our Government clients. You will provide support services to the Facilities Managers in a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises within the designated WoAG portfolio. Initially reporting to the Director Facilities & Operations, you will work in our WoAG business line to support improved delivery for all WoAG Entities, covering but not limited to:
Review / assess similar requirements to provide greater standardisation and adherence to compliance
Corrigo W/O management
Asset & PMRM validation
Review / assess similar requirements to provide greater standardisation and adherence to compliance
Support with a review/assessment of tasks assigned to downstream service providers via JLL Work Order management platform
Work closely with on account facilities staff and service providers to validate Fixed Maintainable Assets and alignment to Preventative Maintenance Schedules (PMRM’s)

To be successful, you’ll be a confident collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving and has the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks. You’ll have a strong track record in a senior management role within the facilities management industry with a history of managing a team guiding them to service excellence.
You’ll demonstrate strong communication, analytical, organization and presentation skills.
