**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll manage the provision of Facilities services in a max of owned properties and leased premises within the designated Government portfolio. You’ll manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned portfolio through developing sound working relationships with key client stakeholders.

**An Overview of the role**:
Proactively engage stakeholders and develop effective relationships across multiple levels of the organisation

Manage the facilities portfolio assigned by the National FM

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations

Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and ensure best practice is utilised

Maintain critical environments

Reporting and escalation of WHS incidents in accordance with reporting policies and escalation matrix

Utilise and maintain the Property database

Implement JLL Operational Risk Management program

Maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Qualifications in facilities management, building, business or similar

3+ years of experience in facilities, property management or related

Ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver projects

Experienced working in critical environments

Knowledge of HS&E requirements

Vendor management experience

Strong team player

Australian Citizenship will be required for this position due to client demands
