**Mascot**, our client is looking for reliable and hardworking
**Customer Service Officer** for our business who Manufacture, packaging and supplying convenient healthy food to outlets across Sydney we are on the search now to grow the team
**Key Responsibilities**
- To ensure the Customer Service functions operate within applicable legislative requirements - such as safety, quality, environment, human resource management.
- Accurately inputting all orders to meet customer demand and liaise with Distributors, Foodservice and other corporate customers regarding any changes to their orders.
- Accumulate all orders into a production requirement schedule for Production and Planning departments by an agreed time.
- Process all orders for distributors and internal customers and provide daily manifest for frozen products for Warehousing and distribution.
- Provide monthly management reports with appropriate KPI’s, as required.
- Complete accounting tasks as required, including the following: Cash Handling (e.g. Petty Cash & Debtors cash) Credit notes, Invoices, Banking, Month end
- Produce a production report for the kitchen at the end of the morning and at 2pm for corporate and hospital orders.
- Maintain weekly customer call sheet.
- Setting up new customers for the database as required.
- Develop spreadsheets for other staff to assist in order management.
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a medium sized business, preferably involving high turnover perishable products and a large number of SKU’s
- Experience working independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Clear understanding of accounting principles.
