Cheltenham, Australia Ride Scooter Hire Pty Ltd Full time

Due to the opening of a new facility Ride Scooter Hire have a great opportunity for someone with passion for offering superior customer service to join our busy service department in Cheltenham in the Service Advisor position.

In this critically important role you will be responsible for driving the repair process for all customers repairs and scheduled maintenance through our workshop.

Your major responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating Workshop Scheduling ensuring workshop is fully utilised at all times.
- Providing customers with progress updates on status of their repair progress.
- Ordering Parts as Required.
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Taking service phone bookings over the phone.
- Coordinating pick up and deliveries.
- Preparing repair orders for customer arrival.
- Costing Repair Orders and Presenting Customer with Invoice.
- General Administration duties.
- Displaying professionalism when managing customer concerns while maintaining an unwavering commitment to Ride Scooter Hire polices and procedures.
- Maximising service department profitability through offering exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role you will be well presented, professional and have a strong willingness to take direction and learn new skills.

You will be an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong customer focus.

Automotive/Motorcycle experience would be highly regarded but not essential.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
