Mobilize are seeking a **Service Coordinator** to start with our client who is an industry leader in the sales, service, manufacture and delivery of industrial compressors servicing a range of industries. With people / culture and innovation at the forefront of our clients values, this permanent position presents as a fantastic opportunity for someone to entrench themselves in a position to make there own, with an employer who provides the support necessary to succeed and grow. **Responsibilities** - Prepare and send quote requests - Preform service requests and troubleshooting for existing customers - Liaise with different department internal stakeholders in ensure strong relationship are maintained - Complete follow up documentation for warranty claims, faulty items and delivery of goods - Liaise and schedule service technician's to complete require work onsite - Liaise with customers and keep informed of procurement and delivery of items - Liaise with production, sales and marketing departments in regards to process improvement to deliver a more efficient delivery of service **Required skills & Experience** - Experience in a similar role servicing the manufacturing and / or industrial sector - Great communication and customer service skills - Proactive and motivated personality who can provide solutions for clients and customers - Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders from all levels - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite - SAP experience in advantageous **How to apply** - Resume - Cover Letter (optional)
