As our Financial Services Coordinator, your role will be crucial in managing high-volume, tasks with precision and efficiency. From processing invoices and managing debt to ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting on KPIs, you'll be at the heart of our financial workflow.

**Your Role in Action**
- **Master Coordinator**: Handle high-volume processing work, ensuring all deadlines and performance goals are met with accuracy.
- **Tactical Leader**: Serve as the go-to person for day-to-day instructions between the Accounting Operations team and Accounting.
- **Problem Solver**: Act as an escalation point for complex queries and provide valuable advisory support on financial matters.
- **Team Facilitator**: Distribute tasks among team members, ensuring they understand their goals and deadlines, while maintaining adherence to procedures and internal controls.
- **Regulatory Expert**: Stay ahead of regulatory and legislative changes, ensuring they are well documented, communicated, and implemented.
- **Customer Service Champion**: Resolve aged transactions promptly and handle supplier and customer inquiries with ease.
- **Invoice Manager**: Ensure timely payment of invoices, with a proactive approach to outstanding issues and risk mitigation.
- **Documentation Guru**: Oversee the filing and archiving of financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- **Performance Reporter**: Keep our team leader and area manager informed about the team's performance against KPIs and optimize resources for maximum efficiency.
- **Support and Leadership**: Provide direct support to your team and step in for the Team Leader when needed.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Significant relevant experience in transactional/processing and coordination activities
- Sound prior experience in coordinating high volume, transactional and processing work and being able to lead and coordinate this work.
- Attention to detail and proven track record in achieving accuracy and high standards of work.
- Demonstrated experience in being able to build and maintain relationships across all levels. Evidence of using organisational agility and lateral thinking to formulate and drive solutions to problems and blockers, individually and in coordinating/leading others.
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently, comfortable with ambiguity, and in situations with shifting goals/objectives.
- Proven organisational skills and experience in optimizing planned outcomes within the confines of assigned resources.
- Advanced reporting and analytical skills, ability to provide insight and solution driving team’s performance against agreed targets.
- Solid skills in the MS Office suite of products - Excel & strong level PC literacy are a must
