**About the opportunity**

IFYS is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a fixed-term full-time position based in Maroochydore, where the successful applicant will be supporting the delivery and coordination of training across all IFYS programs.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting others through learning and development. You will play a key role in ensuring our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage the IFYS ELMO Learning platform, including but not limited to: creating and implementing training shells, adding content, and monitoring training documents
- Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, including for compliance audits
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet mandatory training requirements for all employees
- Facilitate the IFYS On-Boarding process in collaboration with the Business Support Officer team
- Develop and maintain Learning & Development documents and resources, training registers, and related work instructions within the SharePoint system
- Coordinator and maintain the training calendar, ensuring the efficient planning and execution of all face-to-face training
- Assist the broader Learning & Development team with administrative duties as required

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience in coordinating training or learning systems (ELMO experience highly regarded)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to enable professional interaction with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in a training context

**Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful**:

- Valid Queensland driver’s license with no restrictions
- QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- Licensed Care Suitability Check (LCS2)
- National Crime Check (A new check will be completed through IFYS systems)

**Other requirements**:
