**About the role**
- Process all vendor invoices
- Ensure correct allocation of GST and accurate compliance
- Support credit card expense management process
- Generate customer invoicing
- Daily cash receipting
- Upload vendor payment runs into online banking for approval
- Manage purchasing processes ensuring effective supply of necessary Materials and goods and services to meet the needs of the business.
- Processing of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts and Payments
- Maintenance of SAP Materials Master Data files, purchasing information records and pricing lists.
- Support relevant team members in relation to CAPEX purchasing processes and supplier Schedule Agreements.
- Responding to all internal and external queries in a timely manner

**Profile**
- You have experience in an Account Payable/Purchasing role
- A can-do attitude and an ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail
- Effective and adaptive communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
