Vietnamese Speaker Customer Support Executive

Sydney, Australia International Capital Markets Full time

We are looking for someone who will provide excellent customer service to our clients and will be able to resolve customer queries in the most efficient turnaround time.

You will be based in the Sydney CBD office

**Responsibilities**:

- Building lasting relationships with clients on chats.
- Liaising with multiple departments to assist in resolving customer queries;
- Dealing with technical trade queries regarding the trading platforms including analysis and investigations of trades.
- Handles and resolves customer complaints.
- Treat complaints thoroughly and investigate them sensitively to reply in a timely manner.

You must be:

- Passionate about serving clients with the best of the industry standards;
- Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese language
- Ability to communicate well in English ( written and verbal)
- Proactive and take ownership of tasks;
- Having a positive attitude and willingness to communicate with customers;
- Confident with basic Financial Mathematics and MS Office;
- Flexible with working hours

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
