**Pearson VUE offers a great environment to start or grow your career, we are now hiring for a Full-time Test Administrator to join our team at  PPC Perth - One William Street Perth WA 6000.**

**We offer an attractive pay rate of AUD 29.32 per hour**.

As a Test Administrator you’ll be responsible for the:

- Providing an exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.
- Complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policies
- Troubleshooting with internal departments to fix any technical issues
- Escalating any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel
- Other ad hoc duties as directed

**To be successful in the position you’ll have;**
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and be able to bend and lift up to 20 lbs independently
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices, and see details from a distance

**Salary**: $29.32 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
