CyberCX is Australia’s leading independent cyber security consultancy organisation. To continue delivering a world-class service to our clients, we are looking for a passionate Asset Manager to join our Service Delivery team.

The Service Asset Manager will assist with an internal capability build and run the Function of Service Asset and Configuration Management. This will include the process design, build and roll-out, as well as the collection of current and historical service asset data for both products and services across all practices.

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage the Service Asset and Configuration Management Practice
- Develop and implement secure asset and configuration management practices across CyberCX
- Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness
- Conduct data quality and integrity tests, driving data verification initiatives
- Maintain best practices and procedures for data governance and security
- Monitor the health of the CMDB, identifying and resolving data discrepancies and inaccuracies
- Maintain a product roadmap for asset management and CMDB, incorporating stakeholder requirements and aligning with the CyberCX SIAM framework
- Drive service improvement through participation in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance asset and configuration management processes based on service performance data and industry best practices
- Collaborate with MSS, GRC, and SIAM Practice Managers to address compliance issues and ensure adherence to security policies
- Ensure the catalogue is user-friendly and accessible to all stakeholders, including internal users and clients
- Promote service adoption through strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness of the service asset and configuration management and its benefits across CyberCX

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar field (desirable)
- ITIL Foundation and ITIL Capability qualifications (desirable)
- Experience in IT sales administration / service management or similar field
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with an ability to build credibility with clients, leaders, and internal working teams and third parties
- This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
