This opportunity to join a significant and high-profile FMCG business offers an ambitious and commercially orientated individual a broad and exciting mandate of change. With a strong and positive corporate culture, they have articulated a clear vision and are focused on delivering success.

This Finance Business Partner will report to a Senior Commercial Manager and be a commercial business partner for namely Sales & Marketing teams of a flagship Division. This role is viewed as a ‘future leader‘ within the business.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide commercial analysis and insights to the channel and product family decision-making process with specific emphasis around performance including pricing, promotional investments, volumes and returns.
- Provide commercial support and insights to NPD initiatives process including the generation of P&L’s
- Timely accurate reporting for customers and products with meaningful insights
- Support the delivery of business goals and objectives by being a key commercial business partner for Sales and Marketing & Innovation.
- Support the Sales team with Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting processes for relevant accounts
- Support and advise the National Account Managers to optimise their relationship with the trade

Key criteria to be considered:

- Tertiary qualifications
- Retail or FMCG experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Advanced Excel (BI Tools/Tableau advantageous)
- Ability to influence decision making process
- Continuous improvement mindset
