SC Johnson Australia & New Zealand
are preparing for a huge FY26 and seek a commercially driven and experienced
National Account Manager to lead the Woolworths and Big
W accounts in this exciting phase of growth.

You'll have complete ownership of these major accounts, working across our Iconic and Global market-leading brands such as Windex, Glade, Duck and Drano.

About the Role:

Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities;

  • You'll be the point of contact for all interactions and communication between Woolworths and SC Johnson stakeholders
  • Lead all Range Review processes by collaborating with the SCJ Business Manager, Customer and Commercial Marketing, Category and Finance teams
  • Delivery of KPI's, including market share, category and sales performance measures, and Customer Business Plan metrics
  • Develop and manage sales strategy, promotional planning and trade spend
  • Partner with Category management to understand all there is to know about this FMCG giant, collect customer/consumer data to create insights and form recommendations to drive growth
  • Collaborate with WW shopper activation team on all plans and strategy, with post activation analysis and areas for improvement
  • Create and lead business vital JBPs

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree qualified in marketing, business or equally relevant field highly desired
  • 3 years as
    National Account Manager
    within FMCG/Grocery, preferably with Woolworths or Coles
    or
  • 3-4 years as
    high performing Woolworths National Executive,
    ready to step up
  • Experience working with WW's PartnerHub highly regarded
  • Customer facing, account ownership experience is essential
  • High level of financial understanding and experience managing an account P&L, including Trade Spend

Desired Competencies / Behaviours:

  • Be high energy and ambitious to learn and succeed
  • Have excellent negotiation skills and be comfortable entering into robust conversations
  • Strong data analysis skills, with a structured & logical thought process
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Understanding of commercial modelling and ability to interpret numbers/data
