We are now looking for a Connectivity Specialist who will lead our Offshore Hotels team, ensuring the smooth connection and optimisation of dynamic hotel rates and other API-connected products. They oversee daily operations, team training, and workflow improvements to maintain high performance and accuracy.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Lead the Offshore Hotels team to deliver accurate and timely hotel rate connections
- Manage and optimise API-connected products and dynamic rate setups
- Oversee daily operations, training, and team development
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
- Support the Partner Operations Manager in achieving business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance connectivity performance
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

**Qualifications** What we are looking for**:

- Ability to prioritize and deliver in accordance with timelines and business expectations
- Experience in working with Channel Manager and Connector platforms such as SiteMinder, DerbySoft, SynXis and TravelClick
- Efficiency in understanding XML code and implementation
- Previous experience managing or training offshore teams in Connectivity processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible attitude and innovation skills to achieve set deadlines
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Sound understanding of the end-to-end travel sales process
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to quickly identify issues and clearly state solutions and/or recommendations
