**THE ROLE**

As part of our diverse team based in **Melbourne**, you’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

Working as part of the Recovery and RTW Team, this exciting case management role is to pro-actively manage a portfolio of 0 - 55 week claims, provide exceptional customer services to all stakeholders and support injured workers to recover and return to work.

Case Managers in this team work alongside designated specialist roles including a RTW Specialist, Technical Specialist, Clinical Advisor, Mental Injury Specialist and our Mobile Case Managers, ensuring you and your portfolio of stakeholders are supported.

This is a **full time, permanent** role based in our **Melbourne CBD** with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Demonstrate a Service
- orientated approach that is focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers
- Ensure that active and timely strategies are implemented to improve recovery and return to work outcomes
- Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers
- Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and engage appropriate support services such as Mobile Case Management or Occupational Rehabilitation
- Collaborate with the broader EML Team and WorkSafe to support positive outcomes for injured workers

**ABOUT YOU**
- Passion for customer service
- Thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others
- Experience managing claims in workers compensation industry or other personal injury environment
- Knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation scheme, legislation and policies
- Organised with excellent time management
- Committed to supporting injured workers with their recovery and RTW
