**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient HR Officer to join our People and Culture Team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, Adelaide Office you will gain further experience working across Recruitment, HR Policy, HR systems and people-related learning and development.

Responsibilities Include:

- Coordination of onboarding, inductions, rostering and offboarding and employee file management
- Coordinate the Employee Recognition Programs
- Coordinate Employee Value Proposition Programs
- Coordinate and promote Wellbeing and ESG Initiatives
- Coordinate team days and learning programs for the support office
- Assist in the development and review of all HR procedures, policies, systems and projects

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated and to be able to communicate to both external partners and all levels of the business confidently and professionally.
- Previous HR and/or administrative experience - with an interest in expanding your HR toolkit.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and set priorities.
- Proactive and independent self-starter who is able to work efficiently.
