Our Federal Government client seeking multiple
**Program Managers** who can support the successful recruitment and delivery of the departments early career programs
**About the role**:
- Be accountable for organising your workflow and making independent decisions
- Lead a small team to manage key tasks and time critical projects
- Interpret and provide advice within the Program delivery function area based on legislation, policy and procedures
- Undertake specialist research and analysis, conduct reviews, assessment and investigations
- Perform other administrative support work to achieve departmental objectives
**Ideally you will have**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Experience providing high quality administrative support
- Experience working closely and building relationships with stakeholders and program participants
- The ability to work independently or collaboratively across teams, within established priorities and practices
- The ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
