Senior Technical Advisor Membrane Treatment
3 weeks ago
Overview
Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves the open road, and is comfortable working across different locations? Great, because this role offers a dynamic blend of office and field-based responsibilities, well suited to water professionals who enjoy being challenged and applying their expertise in diverse operational settings.
We are on the hunt for a Senior Technical Advisor to support our membrane treatment plants across the state. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5, swivel-chair gig. You will be out and about, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Treatment Plant Operators, Team Leaders, Operations Managers, and other technical legends to keep things running smoothly.
What you bring to the table:
- Solid technical chops in operating and maintaining membrane treatment plants.
- A collaborative spirit where you will be working with everyone from boots on the ground operators to senior managers.
- A love for solving problems and a passion for safety and innovation.
Let’s talk travel
This role involves frequent travel to regional sites.
If your idea of a good time is a change of scenery and a new challenge every week, you will fit right in.
If not… well, we would rather be upfront and point out that this probably isn’t your jam.
You will go where the action is wherever operational, maintenance, or support needs arise. And yes, we mean regularly
Why join us?
Because we work as one. We take safety seriously, deliver on our promises, and are always looking for smarter ways to do things. If that sounds like your kind of team, we’d love to hear from you
Real benefits that matter
- Flexible work options
- Two well-being days each year to do whatever you need to do to feel good

- Discover more benefits we offer to support the unique and individual ways our employees live.
What the role will involve
1. Lead remote and site-based support for operations of membrane and water treatment facilities including technical, scientific, or engineering investigations as well as design, and commissioning activities.
