St Marys, Australia ADG Welding & Industrial Supplies Full time

ADG Welding & Industrial Supplies is located in the Western Suburbs of Sydney and has been servicing various Trade & Retail Companies fo 40 years.

An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Customer Service Representative to join the team.

This is a role that provides an excellent opportunity for a ambitious, motivated and hardworking individual, who is energetic and has a passion for servicing and working with a diverse customer base.

This position requires an individual that appreciates the competitive nature of the industry, who has excellent organisation skills, time management and communication skills and outstanding commitment in customer service.

**The duties of this role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide technical information to customers and prospects
- Process orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Follow up outstanding orders, ensuring orders are delivered or received on time
- Seek to grow the business through introduction of new or alternative solutions

**Preferable criteria**
- Industrial sales background, with a record for exceeding customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A can do attitude
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, including MS Office
- Consultative selling skills to enhance customer relationships and rapport
- Knowledge of welding processes
- Experience in electrical wholesaling or similar would be advantageous
- A desire to learn and grow personally

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,578.00 per year
