**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced HR & Workforce Planning Analyst experience to join their team in Parramatta with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 2-month temp assignment, with a potential to extend.

Working within Strategy, People & Governance Business Unit, your will be required to track, monitor, analyse and evaluate Human Resources data and statistics whilst generating routine reports to contribute to organisational objectives

**Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and quality response to ad hoc requests from the business
- Produce routine workforce and statistical reports
- Generate reports on Corporate Key Performance Indicators and business metrics
- Develop analytics within the constraints of the existing workforce system
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision making outcomes
- Make recommendations based on findings and evidence
- Ensure compliance with best practice & legislative requirements

**About You**
- Proven Workforce Planning OR HR Reporting & Analytics experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Solid analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite, SAP & SuccessFactors

**Requirements**:

- Reliable remote internet access
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
