Join our dynamic, culture-driven customer experience team and make a real impact We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our WA Team in our Rivervale Store Support Centre.

As a trusted partner, you'll deliver quick, accurate quotes to support our account management teams. You'll provide top-notch customer service and advice, ensuring accurate order entry, pricing, and product information. By working with our CRM system, you'll keep everything streamlined and efficient. With a continuous improvement mindset, you'll listen to and act on customer feedback to enhance relationships and retention. Be part of a team that's empowered to excel and have a red-hot go

As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

- Process Purchase Orders for our Clients
- Provide quotes
- Assist with Inventory checking
- Be the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sites
- Build great strong relationships with all Internal stakeholders
- Support accurate orders for our account management teams
- Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers
- Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base

Who we’re looking for:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be a highly driven individual with a passion for Best Experience. You will have previous experience using COS and possess excellent communication skills and an ability to problem solve. You must be able to wear many hats, have excellent time management and understand KPI’s and exceeding customer expectations.

You'll additionally need:

- Electronic filing experience would be ideal
- Strong Planning & organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise & Manage time Effectively
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- A willingness to contribute to a great team culture
