About the role

Clean Vibes provides Cleaning and Waste Management services to events and venues across Australia. We are looking for a dedicated Venue Cleaning Manager for the iconic Hordern Pavilion.

Reporting to the NSW/ACT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of cleaning for the various events held at Hordern Pavilion. This position involves the profitable management of Clean Vibes contracts, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal/external stakeholders, and managing and motivating staff.

Key responsibilities
- Overall accountability for the profitability of operational activities at the venue
- Develop excellent working relationships with venue management team and clients
- Create detailed operational plans and efficient staff rosters
- Ensure all administrative paperwork and reporting requirements are completed
- Maintain and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and vehicles
- Implement safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff according to Clean Vibes policies
- Manage overall activities within contracted hours and expense budgets

Skills & Experience required
- Experience in cleaning management or a facilities management role
- Excellent client service and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities
- Well-developed communication skills
- Financial management/reporting and analysis skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications

Pay: $70,515.11 - $75,515.11 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
