Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in digital media in Search ad solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a Search lead for one or more industry pods and performance media product groups as required (e.g., Creative Excellence, Smart Bidding etc.), focused on delivering the best from our performance products suite as well as designing custom solutions that accelerate growth.
- Partner with Sales teams to drive adoption and business growth in our performance properties.
- Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market-relevant insights. Represent Google Performance proposition both internally (e.g., leadership engagements, communities) and externally (e.g., customers, agencies, conferences).
- Work with APAC Product Go-To-Market teams to create a clear and compelling vision for search offerings across devices/screens and contribute to product development.
- Lead initiatives and drive core cross-functional projects including working with Business Finance, GTM, gTech and GCS.
