**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Search Advertising with Google Ads or SA 360.- Experience in sales, collaboration, or digital media.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Certification for one area in performance media.
- 5 years of experience in developing and driving digital sales, marketing, or product strategy.
- Experience in influencing people across functions and countries and managing virtual teams within a organization.
- Experience in building performance advertising solutions.
- Ability to lead and own operational and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, analysis, and creativity skills, with an ability to take initiative.

As a Performance Specialist in the Media Sales Specialist team you will be responsible for enabling sales partners and end clients to leverage Google's AI solutions to grow their business. You will influence, execute and monitor scaled programs, business activation and capability building programs. Working closely with sales teams, you will identify incremental business opportunities and develop plans that support client strategy and objectives. Working with Global and Regional Product teams, you will work on client and market requirements in the product development process.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a performance specialist for one or more marketing objectives and the applicable product suite, focused on delivering a performance products suite and designing solutions that accelerate growth.
- Partner with Sales teams to drive adoption and business growth in performance.
- Ensure engaged perspectives and differentiated value propositions are generated through market-relevant insights. Represent Google's performance proposition internally (e.g., leadership engagements, communities) and externally (e.g., customers, agencies, conferences).
- Work with Go-to-Market teams to create goals for new search offerings and contribute to product development.
- Lead initiatives and drive core cross-functional projects, including working with teams, business finance, Go-to-Market, gTech, and Google Customer Solutions.
