About the role:
The Client Support Officer will be focused on providing quality customer support by ensuring all services meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Duties include:

- Develop and maintain consumer care plans.
- Process customer transactions.
- Resolve customer phone and online enquiries.
- Take customer bookings.
- Schedule transport services for clients via the Transport Routematch system

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
- Experience in Aged Care preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office and database systems

**Position details**:
Temporary part-time role (24 hours), S0580: Starting from $36.54 per hour + Superannuation + Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts.
