**Your new company**
We have an opportunity to progress your Injury Management / Wellbeing career with a South Australian State Government Department on both temporary and permanent basis' to assist the Department in a WHS project capacity due to transformation.
**Your new role**
Supporting the WHS/IM Manager, you will be able to maintain accurate records and registers to meet legislative and organisational requirements. Your previous expertise in Injury Management processes will allow you to refine and analyse gaps in Australian Safety codes of practice, drive and process injury claims and assist with incident functions and any other administrative duties as required. Your understanding of the Return to Work Act and Accreditation standards will allow efficient planning and coordination of the return to work of work injured personnel to ensure best levels of recovery and minimise the impact on the individual and the organisation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and personal confidence in accountability to deliver membership to the Executive Team and Peers. Additionally, your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through leadership initiatives and influential decision making will ensure credibility is firmly established.
