The Duratec Group of companies are experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead this growth in the ACT. You'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing complex projects, and fostering a culture of excellence.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsible for initiating a growth strategy focused on remediation projects based on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless implementation of projects.
- Collaborate with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Lead bid preparation and submission processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Extensive experience in operations or business development within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and complex portfolios.
- Commercial acumen and financial management skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- Police Clearance required due to projects being on Defence sites
