Our client is a trailblazing mid-sized Architecture Studio with a strong pipeline of projects. This studio is building up their dream team. To ensure that the studio runs like a well-oiled machine, they're on the lookout for a spirited Studio Coordinator. In this role you'll be the right hand to the Practice Manager, navigating a dynamic role that encompasses coordination, administration, and assisting the finance team. This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to gain insight into Studio Management, HR operations, Resourcing, and how an architecture studio runs.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Reception & front office management
- HR processes including onboarding, office wellness and culture
- Assisting Practice Manager in architectural resourcing and project programming
- Ordering office consumables, catering, stationery, and kitchen supplies
- Managing couriers, and incoming/outgoing mail
- Production of correspondence including fee proposals, submissions, and contracts
- Experience using Total Synergy would also be ideal as you will be working in MYOB to generate invoices and help with accounts receivable and accounts payable
The ideal applicant will be someone wishing to step up from Reception and Administration into an all-around coordination and management role
- Previous experience in administration or reception
- Understanding of Architecture or Construction
- Empathetic and personable nature
- A self-starting, autonomous attitude
