**About the business**

Established in 2014, Inspire Performance is a Consultancy specializing in enhancing performance. We work with individuals and organisations to inspire the changes required to be the best they can be. With 3 people in Sydney, our plan is to grow and to meet the demand we are seeking a new team member to assist us to deliver to our National Client base across Recruitment, Sales and Leadership.**About the role**

Develop recruitment consultants, sales professionals and Leaders to reach their potential.
- Coming from a Recruitment background you will be delivering proven Recruitment and Sales Training Programmes to all levels of Recruitment and Sales Professionals.
- You will have the opportunity to move into performance, executive and business coaching along with facilitating Leadership Development programmes.
- Coming from a background in recruitment you will be required to engage and meet with new and existing client's to understand training needs, people development and business needs outside of delivering workshops.
- Having worked in Recruitment, you will use your skills / experience to assist in the Groups Talent Acquisition function to hire key positions.**Benefits and perks**

**Skills and experience**
- You will have previous experience as a Resourcer, 360 Recruitment Consultant and/or Account Manager
- Exposure delivering training previous workshops
- Ability to engage and make training relevant
- Excellent influencing, presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Passion for recruitment and sales
- Disciplined organisation and time management
- A desire for continuous Learning, personal and professional growth
- Desire to develop people to reach potential

**Desirable**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
