**Job Description Summary**

You will be responsible for managing facilities, vendor contracts, workplace services, tenant relations, travel, and security.

**About the role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Workplace Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship 9,200 sqm building. In this key leadership role, you'll manage facilities, vendor contracts, workplace services, tenant relations, travel, and security—all while ensuring an efficient, secure, and collaborative work environment.
- Lead daily operations across reception, security, catering, events, and workspace services.
- Manage a monthly budget and ensure all workplace systems run smoothly.
- Oversee tenant relations, lease agreements, and service billing.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and building security protocols.
- Collaborate with ICT and contractors to maintain high workplace standards.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in facilities, workplace, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Budget oversight and financial reporting experience.
- Knowledge of workplace systems, lease management, and building compliance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
