**The Role**
Your team will work alongside Level 2 Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Managements teams to analyse, categorise, and record the details of issues before providing solutions.
The successful applicant will receive the necessary training, mentoring, and guidance to perform the key responsibilities of the role and to advance their careers in the Australian Public Service (APS).

- Experience in IT service desk or technical support with ITIL based ITSM processes
- Experience in managing, mentoring and coaching staff
**_Desirable_**
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Experience with IT management reporting
**The Opportunity**
This position is available to Ongoing APS employees as a temporary transfer at level and/or a temporary performance (Acting) opportunity for a period of 12 months.
