Trust Manager

As a Trust Manager in Community and Social Investment your focus is on ensure clients receive an exceptional service whilst administering accounts efficiently and in line with business and compliance guidelines and introducing appropriate specialists to support the delivery of activity to meet client’s needs. Provide a service to clients which maximises client retention and conversion opportunities and provide support for improvement activities within the team

- Act as the point of contact for accounts and provide timely and accurate support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in meeting needs.
- Ensure accounts are administered efficiently, effectively and in line with legislative and compliance guidelines
- Ensure compliance is achieved on a profitable and commercial basis
- Actively contribute to the attainment of high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
- Monitor and manage a book of philanthropic accounts and ensure accounts are administered in accordance with governing documents, compliance, legislation and company policy on a profitable and commercial basis
- Build a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients so that client needs are effectively managed
- Work collaboratively with specialist teams to support the service delivery and client experience, including: Financial Advisers, Investment Specialists, Tax specialists, Property and Operations team, and Paraplanners
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trustee, Financial Services or Legal environment
- Experience working in a client centric business environment
- Fiduciary knowledge
- Understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment
- Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
