FundPro is a trustee and financial licensing business offering services to Australian investment managers. Due to business growth, there is a newly formed role with the opportunity to work in a boutique business supporting its future growth.

A competitive salary commensurate with experience will be offered.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trust Operations Manager located in Bondi Junction, NSW. Some work from home is acceptable. The Trust Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of trust accounts, including maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the disbursement of funds.

Key Tasks

  • Communicating with clients and external service providers
  • Ensuring operations are completed in a timely manner without errors
  • Drive operational efficencies and improvements
  • Preparing reports, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless trust account operations
  • Payment approval processing and bank account establishment
  • Maintaining a diary of client and regulatory obligations

Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years in a similar role required
  • Must have Australian based experience
  • Experience in Trust Operations, Fund Admin or Funds Management
  • Proficiency with Excel, Reporting Tools, and Compliance Systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
