**The Role**
The Manager - Licensing Solutions oversees HIA’s Licensing Solutions program across all states and territories to deliver a well-coordinated approach to supporting people gain a building license. The Manager - Licensing Solutions coordinates the product development and promotion of HIA’s Licensing Solutions to the market.
**Key responsibilities for this role include**:
- Liaising with HIA’s Workplace and Building Services teams to develop on-line tools/resources to assist industry participants to navigate the registration process in each state and territory.
- Liaising with HIA’s Training and Events teams to promote a range of HIA learning products.
- Maintaining HIA’s CPD Diary to enable users to efficiently track their training and development (mandatory and voluntary).
- Working closely with HIA’s Marketing team to manage lead generation and nurturing, and monitor systems to track online sales.
- Developing opportunities to promote HIA membership and other products and services to customers at all stages of the licence solution offering.
**The ideal applicant will have the qualities of**:
- Understanding of the delivery of digital products and services
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a range of business units
- Commercial acumen and innovative mindset
- Understanding of the residential building industry licensing schemes in at least one state or territory (desirable)
