**Support Worker - Trauma-Informed, Admin & Transport Support (Burnley VIC)**:

We’re seeking a reliable, compassionate, and trauma-informed support worker to assist a client based in Burnley (near Swan St) with a mix of personal support, transport, and administrative capacity-building tasks.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be working closely with a late-20s female client who is neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, CPTSD, OCD) and lives with chronic pain and a spinal injury. The role involves building trust and providing consistent, respectful care in a way that supports the client’s independence over time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the client in preparing for appointments
- Provide safe and smooth transport to and from appointments (no rideshare experience needed - just careful, empathetic driving)
- Debrief and action admin tasks together post-appointment
- Support routine-building, capacity development, and outings as needed

**Shift Availability (must be available for 3 of the following)**:

- Sunday: 6:30am - 9:30am
- Monday: 6:00am - 9:00am
- Tuesday: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:00am - 10:00am
- Friday: 7:00am - 10:00am

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Women (cis or trans) or non-binary people with a trauma-informed approach
- Students (2nd year+) or graduates in health, psychology, social work, medicine, or similar fields
- Individuals with lived experience supporting family (especially siblings or grandparents)
- Organised, emotionally intelligent, and able to manage complex disability-related admin
- Must have a reliable car and full driver’s license
- LGBTQIA+ friendly and respectful of neurodiversity
