**The role**
Looking for a vibrant, excited, energetic individual who has a passion for retailing in-store and online. Retailing experience would be very helpful to this role. The role will require the communication skills to discuss industry information and trends, retail operation instore and online, digital knowledge of online business. There will be many tasks of using online portals to manage accounts and aid our customers in using and building a business online. Also there is the role of office maanger of general day to duties

- Retail Operations/Inventory management/Retail Reports
- Social media Strategy
**Software Knowledge**
- All Google portals - Web Master, Analytics, AdSense, AdWords
- Facebook Business Manager
- Back end of WooCommerce/Magento/Shopify
- POS Software/Hardware
- Mail Chimp
**Office Duties**
- Supporting team
- Suppoting events in office
- Working with the teams on tasks
- Aiding in projects
- smooth running of Office
- handling shipping of inventory
You will also be punctual and reliable and possess good time management skills. You will have a 'helpful' nature and be happy to assist your colleagues as needed. You will show initiative to carry out assigned tasks and be able to multi-task your work due to your organised nature. You will be keen to learn and grow within your role so as to add value to the administration department and become an integral part of the team.
