This now means they are looking for a driven and motivated people leader to lead and coach their sales & marketing team responsible for a new part of this business. This is a vitally important role for this business as they grow this new acquisition

Reporting to the Director of Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing a small team of experienced sales representatives nationally
- Setting the strategic direction and managing the marketer responsible for implementation
- Developing and implementing strategy to grow the business across different channels
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive success
- C-Suite negotiation of complex deals.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Degree qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or related field
- Passion, motivation, and drive to lead a high performance team
- Proven track record of success, ideally in medical device/IT/MedTech fields
- High level strategic ability, while still contributing to the ‘nitty-gritty’ as needed.

This is a role suited to someone who is passionate about leading teams while driving the business at a strategic level.. Someone who is willing and able to have the hard conversations when needed, while being collaborative and inclusive.
