**The team**

The Information Management (IM) function establishes best practice for information and data management and uplifts the related capabilities at the enterprise level.

**How you will make an impact**
- Gather and document business requirements for data solutions, by working closely with various stakeholders
- Conduct detailed data analysis to help validate business requirements and inform solution design
- Create and socialise critical business metadata e.g. glossary / taxonomy, data lineage for the business / data stewards
- Support data stewardship and governance of data and information across the organisation, including participation in data governance forums and business definition working groups as required
- Deliver end to end engineering solutions for Reference Data Management, Metadata Management and Data Quality solutions as the EDS (Enterprise Data Services) product offering

**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and solution delivery
- Experience with or working knowledge of CPG235 or other data-related regulations
- Experience managing reference data, metadata and data quality using a set of technologies and best practice methodologies
- Business analysis, requirements gathering & solutioning capabilities
- Technical skills; _
- Metadata Management technologies (e.g Talend Data Catalog, Colibra)
- Data Quality Profiling and Management technologies (e.g Talend, Alteryx)
- Data modelling technologies (e.g Erwin)
- Reference & Master Data Management technologies (e.g Profisee)
- SQL coding / scripting
- Data Warehousing Exposure to ETL methodologies & technologies (e.g. Talend, Informatica, DataStage)
- Data Visualisation technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
