Built on strong family values, this leading 3PL cold storage business have had tremendous success in this space, backed by over a century worth of experience in the agricultural sector. With a state-of-the-art facility located in Melbourne’s west, this business is looking to add an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to help oversee their team.

**Your new role**

Day to day to tasks for this role will include:

- Operation of all material handling equipment
- Monitoring and amendment of all stock on hand along with maintaining correct stock location
- Organisation of despatch and receivable operations
- Management of drivers and their hours
- Monitoring of safety and ensuring all staff are adhering to all standards
- Operation of WMS with an emphasis on stock accuracy and control

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- An approachable nature with an emphasis on driving positive culture
- A process driven way of working to ensure procedures are being followed correctly
- A strong understanding of driver management
- Knowledge and experience in working in an FMCG warehousing environment
- Experience using WMS
- High level of attention to detail to ensuring accurate stock levels and movements
