**About Us**

With head office in Queensland, this window coverings wholesaler provides components, fabrics or finished products to its customer base around Australia. Based in Campbellfield, this branch is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to work 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of inward and outwards goods, ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to increase efficiency and value for the warehouse.

**Key Job Tasks**
- Set excellent standards and drive a safe working environment culture
- Strong customer focus and understanding of delivery dates
- Achieve 100% DIFOT whilst minimising unnecessary reworks
- Ensure warehouse is compliant with company policies
- Implement & execute directives that support the business strategy
- Hands on role who is process orientated to achieve production requirements
- Communicate with staff members daily to achieve required outcomes
- Receivable of incoming goods, pick and pack orders and unload containers
- Coordination of stock and cleaning of the warehouse

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Experience as a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Supervisor
- Scheduling and dispatching of completed orders.
- Has a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence with driving experience
- Exposure within a manufacturing or warehouse operation
- Worked in a small factory environment and can work autonomously
- Attention to detail, strong process systems and focused on achieving outcomes
