**Your New Role**
Reporting to the Youth Programs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the Emergency Services Cadet team. Working with a large volunteer cohort and a small staff team, the ES Cadets Program Manager will be a confident leader who is central to setting culture, promoting the program, and engaging stakeholders on a state, regional and local level across PCYC, QFES and various emergency services. **About You**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline **and/or** at least 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in working with Youth focused community-based programs along with demonstrated capacity to operate programs and services sensitive to the respective communities
- Ability to travel across the state as required
- Hold a current driver’s licence and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
**Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
