**About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide clinical leadership and expertise in the development, delivery and evaluation of initiatives, systems, programs and projects which align with National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS). Demonstrate responsibility for progressing clinical governance, safety, quality and risk priorities and initiatives across MNMH
About you
Undertake, and participate in ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
Practice collaboratively within the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
Lead, co-ordinate and guide the mental health safety and quality leads to facilitate high-quality service delivery outcomes, including improvement activities aimed at aligning key safety and quality requirements within the Mental Health Directorate.
Provide expert advice and contribute to nursing and midwifery leadership, including high level communication and interpersonal skills, to establish and enhance professional working relationships to improve clinical governance, quality and safety, across MNMH.
