**Quality Assurance Manager - Sheridan Group**

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on **Quality Assurance Manager** to lead our quality function across Sheridan Group, driving best practice, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction from design to delivery.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the **Head of Quality**, this role leads Sheridan Group’s approach to product and non-product quality, ensuring standards are consistently met across our supplier base, internal teams, and customer touchpoints.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Lead product risk assessment and quality approval processes across all categories
- Provide product quality, technical & compliance advice to teams
- Ensure all quality policies & manuals are up to date, in line with current legislation and brand values
- Strengthen QA systems and feedback loops between suppliers, DCs, and internal teams
- Manage and mentor the team, including Regional Quality
- Drive structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Build strong partnerships with global sourcing, design, and production teams
- Oversee supplier onboarding, audits, and compliance with legal and safety standards

**About You**

You’re an experienced QA professional who thrives on improving systems, processes, and outcomes. You combine strong technical knowledge with leadership and stakeholder management skills.

**You’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in têxtiles or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in apparel, têxtiles, or homeware quality management
- Strong understanding of têxtiles, home wares, garment construction, and compliance testing
- Experience managing supplier QA teams across multiple regions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset and project management capability
