Sydney- Asset Management- PermanentOur client is a **prominent global investment manager **with a substantial AUM, seeking to hire an **Investment Operations Manager**. This interim Investment Operations Manager will be responsible for a range of operations and related activities supporting the Front Office.

The role will be responsible for BAU oversight of the Middle Office services and will be required to monitor and review business processes on a periodic basis. Additionally, the role is the Regional Oversight Lead for Australia and will be responsible for coordination and delivery of vendor oversight. This is an important middle office and investment operations leadership position to help manage various investment trade support functions, as well as close interaction with the external custodian.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee Global Reconciliations and Trade Support processes conducted In-House and via the external custodian, while managing the effective process delivery and coordination of issue resolution management
- Oversee Regional Trade Support including trade execution and capture, trade matching and settlement
- Support dealing and investment teams with operational queries pertaining to trade support, reconciliations, portfolio positions and cash balances
- Oversee ASIC reporting processes conducted by the external custodian
- Provide day-today management oversight of Investment Operations team
