**Your New Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operational aspects of our private markets investments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Your responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the management and execution of investment operations for private market assets
- Performing detailed analysis and reconciliation of investment data
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and reporting
- Monitoring and reporting on investment performance and compliance
- Supporting the development and implementation of operational processes and systems
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date investment records and documentation

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset. You are proactive, adaptable, and have a keen interest in private markets investments.

In addition, you have:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Prior experience in investment operations
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
