The role: Senior Admissions Officer & Academic Coordinator

We are looking to add to our team an experienced Senior Admissions Officer & Academic Coordinator with experience in the education industry. Key accountabilities of position will be to:

  • Coordinate International student applications and enrolment process
  • Contribute to the scheduling of student's courses and their progress
  • Implement and maintain the online Student Management System, RTO manager, Exellerate, LMS and SMS.
  • Maintain accurate and current student records
  • Maintain NCVE's PRISMS account.
  • Work closely with our student support team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of data entry accuracy is required for this role.
  • Experience in Job Ready or similar Student Management System will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience in a high-volume phone environment, preferably in RTO environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including being able to work closely and cohesively in a team;
  • Ability in using computers and a competent in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and grow in a role.
  • A can-do attitude with a great team mentality.
